Whether you become a sponsor or not, you can also be a part of IPTC by vending during the event. We will have several 10ft by 10ft vendor spaces available in the event space that also includes our mosh mats and where the show ring portion of the contest will be held. We expect that there will be a significant amount of foot traffic throughout the event (Friday through Sunday) with the largest traffic during scheduled moshes, classes, and the show ring portion of the contest. See below for basic information about vending at IPTC:

• Vendor spaces will be available for $200 per 10ft by 10ft space.
• Multiple spaces can be reserved for a company at the same rate per space.
• Each vendor space will come with Vendor Mart passes for any staff needed.
• The number of passes needed for each vendor will be confirmed and locked in 30 days in advance of the event.
• If you would like to work with us to choose the location of your space rather than have IPTC assign your space, we are happy to work with you but there will be a $150 fee assessed.

Please note that unless a sponsorship level comes with a vending space, vending and sponsoring are two distinct ways of supporting IPTC.

IPTC has a responsibility in serving our community and will uphold all policies available for review on our website. Therefore, we reserve the right to decline and refund any potential vendors, sponsors, or advertisements that do not align with our values, minus a 20% processing fee.
