Support IPTC by advertising your company or organization.

This advertising package includes:

• Banner placement on website
• Large logo placement with company details and a link to your website across all platforms
• Full page runbook ad (5-1/2″ wide by 8-1/2″ tall) on Front or back inside/outside cover of run book (limited availability)*
• Announcement in livestream and on stage at event each day of event
• 30 second advertisement read by hosts in live event & 30 second video advertisement (video or written content to be provided by the sponsor)
• Video ad posted to our social media (video to be provided by the sponsor)
• Placement of large banner in lobby at event
• 5 vendor mart passes
• 2 full weekend pass
• 1 or 2 vendor spots available (if applicable)

*The deadline to have runbook ads in for printing has passed. We cannot guarantee this will be included if submitted after the deadline.

Deadline for runbook ad file submissions is Friday, February 28th, 2025 – no refunds will be given if we do not receive your artwork by the deadline.

Acceptable formats are pdf, jpg, and png. Files must be 300 dpi or higher resolution, and ad artwork must have full 1/8″ bleeds on all sides.

Please note that unless a sponsorship level comes with a vending space, vending and sponsoring are two distinct ways of supporting IPTC.

IPTC has a responsibility in serving our community and will uphold all policies available for review on our website. Therefore, we reserve the right to decline and refund any potential vendors, sponsors, or advertisements that do not align with our values, minus a 20% processing fee.
