Sponsor or Vend at IPTC 2025
While our venue will be our primary and most significant cost we also must keep in mind that we have operating costs beyond that as well as a desire to ensure that each of our title holders have a significant travel fund to help them achieve IPTC’s mission and represent their titles without being limited by their personal financial situation.
You can help us achieve our mission by becoming a sponsor, vendor, run book advertiser, or all three for our 2025 event weekend taking place in Chicago IL April 3rd – 6th at the Center on Halsted. We have several sponsorship levels so that you can help us support the community at whatever level makes the most sense for your business.
Vendor Market
- $200 per 10'x10' Space
- Includes Vendor Mart Passes for Staff
- Choose Your Space for $150 more
We will have several 10ft by 10ft vendor spaces available in the large open auditorium that also includes our mosh mats and where the show ring portion of the contest will be held. We expect that there will be a significant amount of foot traffic throughout the event (Thursday through Sunday) with the largest traffic during scheduled moshes, classes, and the show ring portion of the contest.
Accessibility Sponsorship
In recognition of both differing accessibility needs and our status as an international event, IPTC provides live captioning of our streamed main stage portions of the contest. This allows for a wider level of accessibility for those who are deaf/hard of hearing and for international viewers who may have challenges understanding spoken English through accents etc. It also allows for those who speak various signing languages across the world to access our event.
Live captioning for each main portion of our contest generally costs about $750. If you would like to be listed as an accessibility sponsor just let us know and we will grant benefits of whatever level aligns with the dollar amount donated as well as specifically list you as an accessibility sponsor.
