Support IPTC by advertising your company or organization!

This advertising package includes:

• Large Logo on sponsorship page of website
• Posting of Large Logo across all platforms
• Placement of logo on sponsorship slides for live event
• Full Page runbook ad (5-1/2″ wide by 8-1/2″ tall)*
• Placement of medium size banner in lobby at event (banner to be supplied by the sponsor)
• 2 vendor mart passes

Deadline for runbook ad file submissions is March 1, 2026, 11:59 PM EST – no refunds will be given if we do not receive your artwork by the deadline.

Acceptable formats are pdf, jpg, and png. Files must be 300 dpi or higher resolution, and ad artwork must have full 1/8″ bleeds on all sides.

Please note that unless a sponsorship level comes with a vending space, vending and sponsoring are two distinct ways of supporting IPTC.

IPTC has a responsibility in serving our community and will uphold all policies available for review on our website. Therefore, we reserve the right to decline and refund any potential vendors, sponsors, or advertisements that do not align with our values, minus a 20% processing fee.
