Support IPTC by advertising your company or organization!

This advertising package includes:

• Banner placement on website
• Large logo placement with company details and a link to your website across all platforms
• Runbook ad on Front or back inside/outside cover of run book (limited availability)*
• Announcement in the livestream and on stage at the event
• 30-second advertisement read by hosts live at the event or 30-second video advertisement (video or written content to be provided by the sponsor)
• Placement of a large banner in the lobby at the event (banner to be supplied by the sponsor)
• 2 vendor mart passes
• 1 full weekend pass

Deadline for runbook ad file submissions is March 1, 2026, 11:59 PM EST- no refunds will be given if we do not receive your artwork by the deadline.

Acceptable formats are pdf, jpg, and png. Files must be 300 dpi or higher resolution, and ad artwork must have full 1/8″ bleeds on all sides.

Please note that unless a sponsorship level comes with a vending space, vending and sponsoring are two distinct ways of supporting IPTC.

IPTC has a responsibility in serving our community and will uphold all policies available for review on our website. Therefore, we reserve the right to decline and refund any potential vendors, sponsors, or advertisements that do not align with our values, minus a 20% processing fee.
